We accept a limited number of bookings each season to ensure every experience receives full attention and customization.

  • LE BAR STUDIO is our signature on-site personalization experience, where guests create bespoke keepsakes using premium transfers, patches, or DTF prints. It’s designed to be interactive, memorable, and shareable, perfect for social celebrations and corporate activations.

  • Ideal for high-end social events like baby showers, weddings, and birthdays, as well as brand activations, product launches, corporate events, and retail pop-ups.

  • Le Bar Studio can be customized to your needs:

    • DIY Experience – guests personalize items themselves (perfect for social events or smaller gatherings)

    • Assistant Experience – a trained assistant manages setup, guides guests, and ensures a luxury, seamless experience (recommended for corporate events)

  • Guests can personalize items such as tote bags, apparel, hats, hoodies, drinkware, notebooks, pouches, and onesies. Items can also be pre-customized or branded for VIP experiences or corporate campaigns.

  • Yes — we provide all materials, tools, and décor. The assistant is included for corporate events or can be added as an upgrade for other experiences, ensuring a professional and engaging activation.

  • We recommend booking based on your event size and customization:

    • Smaller events (around 25 guests/items): 1–2 months in advance is sufficient

    • Larger or highly customized events (corporate, brand activations, big themes): 3+ months is recommended
