Thanksgiving Flower Bar Pop-Up at The Marquis in Easton, PA
As the holiday season approached, we loved looking back on one of our favorite moments from late November — our Fall Flower Bar pop-up at The Marquis in Downtown Easton, PA. La Fleur Bar by Llamour Events & Décor was invited to create an interactive Flower Bar station for the residents, transforming the 3rd-floor lounge into a warm, hands-on experience full of creativity, seasonal color, and community connection.
This special event was booked in mid-September, allowing time for custom bouquet planning, bar design, and a full venue walkthrough to ensure the setup was polished, approachable, and visually festive. Our goal was to design an interactive station where residents could slow down, create hand-tied bouquets, and step into the holiday season surrounded by beauty and seasonal inspiration.
The Flower Bar featured a two-toned autumn palette, blending warm golden hues with deep, rich fall tones. Residents could select from two signature bouquets — The Marquis Ember, with bold, dramatic shades, and Autumn Bloom, featuring soft, golden tones — or build their own arrangement. Our curated floral menu included roses, mums, hypericum berries, spray roses, solidago, button mum, and lush greenery like eucalyptus and dusty ruscus. Each bloom was thoughtfully chosen to provide texture, fragrance, and color harmony while keeping the overall display cohesive and elevated.
The bar design complemented the flowers with fall-inspired wallpaper, a beige-toned front panel, and The Marquis’ black branding, creating a balanced and seasonal look. Rattan baskets, a textured rug, accent decor, and branded bouquet bags added warmth and a polished finish. Guests were welcomed with a balloon garland and custom signage, instantly setting a festive tone and inviting everyone to the interactive Flower Bar station.
From 6–8 PM, the lounge was filled with residents eager to craft their bouquets. The first hour was lively, and just as it seemed to quiet down, photos shared in the residents’ group chat brought even more people to join. The space buzzed with creativity, laughter, and the invigorating scents of flowers. By the end of the evening, every bloom had found a home, leaving residents with hand-tied bouquets to enjoy themselves or gift to loved ones, spreading holiday cheer and connection.
This pop-up was more than just a floral experience — it was a moment of community, gratitude, and seasonal celebration. Residents of all ages shared stories, engaged with blooms, and created keepsakes that extended the joy beyond the event itself.
